Iconic Workspaces is located in the Signature Office building# 2980 which is on your left hand as soon as you drive into the complex of Aventura ParkSquare. The building entrance is right across BarTaco, passing Ruth Chris restaurant, right before Mister O1 Pizza and Pura Vida.

When enter the Signature building take the elevator located at the end of the lobby to your left. ICONIC is located on the 3rd floor. When step out the elevator you will meet the ICONIC reception team who will check you in.

At ICONIC Workspaces we make sure we are always there for you. Having said that, we believe that working Smart, not around the clock, is what makes success. Our staffed hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM – 5PM. However, our Office and Iclub Exclusive members are granted access 24/7.

 Yes, Aventura ParkingSquare counts with two parking buildings. For Monthly Parkers the rate is $160 for the space in the office parking garage. For visitors or hourly parkers, the first 30minutes is free and the daily rate is $10 / $12

Yes, we adapt to your needs and our spaces can be reserved by the hour, day or months. However, if you are looking for a long-term solution, we recommend signing up for 12 months to be able to benefit from more savings, but you still have the option to start monthly or with 3 months or 6 months terms and renew when the time comes.

Yes! you can make the office reflect your own style by bringing your decoration, plants and artwork.

Absolutely! We offer coworking memberships for 5 , 10 and unlimited days per month, besides dedicated desks for those looking to come every day and install their monitor.

 A Coworking Day Pass allows you to access our workspace for a full day without the commitment of a long-term membership. It’s ideal for freelancers, remote workers, and business travelers who need a professional space to work for the day.

The price of a Day Pass is $49 plus 7% sales tax, and you get:

 While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours or if you have specific needs such as meeting room access.

Yes, printing services are available at additional cost. If you need to print, scan, or copy documents, our front desk can assist you. Our printing station has a shredder machine, stapler, hole punch, clips, pens and pencils, and other office supplies.

Besides printing services, we assist our clients with professional a la carte services such as Notary services, Binding Presentations, Laminating documents and secretarial services.
