Iconic Workspaces is located in the Signature Office building# 2980 which is on your left hand as soon as you drive into the complex of Aventura ParkSquare. The building entrance is right across BarTaco, passing Ruth Chris restaurant, right before Mister O1 Pizza and Pura Vida.

When enter the Signature building take the elevator located at the end of the lobby to your left. ICONIC is located on the 3rd floor. When step out the elevator you will meet the ICONIC reception team who will check you in.

At ICONIC Workspaces we make sure we are always there for you. Having said that, we believe that working Smart, not around the clock, is what makes success. Our staffed hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM – 5PM. However, our Office and Iclub Exclusive members are granted access 24/7.

 Yes, Aventura ParkingSquare counts with two parking buildings. For Monthly Parkers the rate is $160 for the space in the office parking garage. For visitors or hourly parkers, the first 30minutes is free and the daily rate is $10 / $12

Yes, printing services are available at additional cost. If you need to print, scan, or copy documents, our front desk can assist you. Our printing station has a shredder machine, stapler, hole punch, clips, pens and pencils, and other office supplies.
